About the ENACT Study

Why is this study being done?

The ENACT Study (Elucidating Numbers behind AANHPI Covid-19 Testing) is being done to learn more the experiences and thoughts about COVID-19 testing among the Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and/or Pacific Islander (AANHPI) community in San Francisco, CA. This study is carried out in collaboration with the NICOS Chinese Health Coalition.

Who is eligible to participate?

If you are 18 years old or over and identify as an Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and/or Pacific Islander, you are eligible.

We are also looking healthcare workers* who prmarily serve AANHPI and individuals who work at Community-based Organizations that primarily serve AANHPI.

What does this study involve?

This study involves a one-time interview. Participants will be interviewed over the phone or Zoom. Interviews will last about 45 minutes.

Will I get paid for participating?

Yes! Participants will be given $25 as a token of our thanks.

 

 

 

 

*A healthcare worker is defined as “All persons, paid and unpaid, working in healthcare settings whose activities place them at risk for transmission of respiratory infections from patients.
